The presentation is based on best-practices in youth work. Presented by State of NJ Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Commission, repeat presenter and Drum Major Award Nominee, Paula Olivier will teach youth how to be resilient and take ownership of their future.

But, a wiserperson learns from someone else’s.”In this interactive workshop, youth will learn the short-term and long term effects of drug use from someone who deals with it every day. The presenter, Melissa Bullen, is a Registered Nurse who takes care of patients suffering from Chemical Dependency/Substance abuse. The presentation will bring home the reality that Drug Abuse is a definite dream-killer and encourage youth to remain Drug-Free.

In this final presentation, Chaplain Black shares leadership principles with youth. They will also have the privilege to participate in a special Q &A session with the Chaplain. He will share more of his personal experiences that will inspire teens to stay focused on their journey towards success.
